Mattress Gift Certificate can be used towards the purchase of a higher retail value mattress from Simmons. Mattress Gift Certificate cannot be used on previous sales or redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any unused balance will not be reimbursed for cash or credit.
